The Bartholomew Family has had a rich history of weapon masons , blacksmiths and traders , to put simply the family has made its profit and market on its quality of products for both military and person protection , despite many setbacks and even one particular scandal involving Braxston Bartholomew (Baron's grandfather) in dealing weapons to two sides of the same war, and his father ,B. Bartholomew  II , in almost bringing the company into bankruptcy due to bad dealings and a incident involving a shipment of military androids (one of which had badly injured young Baron at age 19 tearing off two of his limbs)  , Baron took over The B&B corp. at age 21  and with his hard work and smart economic investments the company gained many new deals including some new military contracts that has lead to a prosperous comeback for the company.

Baron Bartholomew has implemented his philosophy onto the company that  "Humanity before Technology" into the company's products and everyday workforce, the concept that Technology shouldn't advance more then humans are responsible inst a popular philosophy in the day of age where AI programing is at its best , but however without using AIs the company has been able to focus on  very user friendly and high quality technology ,not only for Military use such as weapons, body armor, and Prosthetic replacements such as Limbs and Organs ,which also extends to domestic uses which has saved many lives and improved thousands of others daily life.

This is a brief summery of Baron's mental state from his personal therapist as well as his physical well being from his Doctor ,and is only for high level clearance members of B&B-
+Baron is a very driven man that lets very little deter his dreams and goals , his ambition is admirable especially considering his past between his grandfather and even his own father almost driving the company to near bankruptcy, with bringing the company back from such a low he pushes himself each day to accomplish more .
however his lofty goals and drive also has its drawbacks as he is a workaholic , only just barely getting 5-7 hours of sleep everyday and his blood pressure is always high due to stress. (recommended sleep aids and blood pressure medicine . though he is probably not taking them )
+Baron does suffer from PTSD at the sight of androids and robots , especially those controlled by AIs , while he keeps it to himself and no one is fully aware of it, the sight of them will cause him to have small flash backs and will often enrage him , he does keep his calm with breathing techniques and things like stress balls which he keeps in his pocket

=Technology=

Baron personally uses a slightly outdated Prosthetic limb , though not as sleek or as fast as the newer models the arm is much more durable and has a stronger grip , the arm is outfitted as well with a hidden compartment on the forearm for a Revolver that he keeps with him at all times.
The optic eyepatch- while the patch is from a model used for the Military , Baron uses it as his own personal computer , allowing him to work out schedules , close down deadlines , send messages, do payroll for all employees , and as well as clearing designs and signing off on new weapons from R&D- (so basically a smartphone is attached to his head at all times)

His Cane , while not only for show as he can walk fine on his leg , the cane is reinforced steel and is very suitable to bludgeon someone with its weight and size,

it also doubles as a 50.Cal rifle that his optic eye patch can be used as a scope and if a very good shot with it as well-

Baron has a old nickname that he hates nowadays , people referring him as "build-a-buck" for his ruthless business sense  and how everything he builds is just to "make a buck"
