Female, Silver hair ,Blue eyes  , appears to be in her mid-30s (dont let it fool you she is older then she appears ) while she is a very calculating and strong leader for PKC , many staff members have had some minor issues or complaints about Silvia's "pranks" especially when she appears mad about something that was done or not done only to find out its a joke that time (this has lead to some mixed messages when she does get angry about something )

Silvia Stian , Daughter of  Andrew Franklyn Stian and CEO of PKC .
To know her is to know her foundation for PKC , being made about 10 years after peace was made with the demons and there was still tension between the two races, Silvia's ideal made two things of integrating the demons and newly formed Demi's into everyday society .
1- The creation of Neon City , the first city to be made for both races to live in rather then segregated zones seperating humans and demons-
2-to maintain order she created the PKC (Protect, Knowledge and Citizens)
The ideology of PKC is in its title to Protect Knowledge , form understandings and eliminate fear through ignorance.
which is accomplished by the research department as well as the Integration department that is in charge of helping Demons and Demi's to be welcomed into society.
Meanwhile Protect - Citizens part of the ideology is formulated by PKCs task forces , this group of handpicked individuals (which includes Demons,Demi's and humans )
are tasked with keeping the peace not only in Neon City but worldwide as well, this of course sometimes has to involve capturing and containing dangerous Demi's and demons which are taken into [Clearance needed ] location .

Silvia Stian had spearheaded this ideal using her family influences as well as her own as a revered scientist in Genetics and genetic manipulation , though not only skilled in science she turned out to be a excellent strategist and a terrifying boss for anyone getting on her bad side-

Silvia Stian was working on a new Genetic code from Vegma's own Donated DNA samples , testing its effects on pure human DNA , a lab accident lead her to inhale a toxic fume from the lab that had started to eat away at her body from the inside out nearly killing her in the process-due to a close friend and rival's suggestion Silvia Stian life was saved but at the coast of 90% of her actual body , only her arms , neck and collar bone area was able to be saved while the rest of her body had to be fully replaced using android tech by B&B corp, this new body of hers that was made personally by Baron Bartholomew , when PKC was given his "bill" he just wrote on it "now we are Even" , Silvia refuses to answer what he is referring to and any other attempts to find out have been unsuccessful.

=Abilities & Powers=-

+Android body - Silvia's body is a finely crafted machine that replaced not only most of her body but almost all her organs as well , helping her breath, eat and digest food -
but as well the body is about as tough as a 1 inch thick reinforced Steel while still being lightweight (a trade secret from B&B corp. no doubt )
+"Splicer"- Silvia's preferred weapon is a scalpel like spear using PKC's Energy tech to form a beam of energy that can slice through most objects by super-heating a microscopic area before the blade slices through , if done to living tissue the limbs would cut cleanly and would even be cauterized by the blade.

-Silvia can at times have tunnel vision , when her focus is targeted to a single subject she will dedicate all of her attention to it.
